All orders ship from our location in North Carolina, and delivery times typically range between 2–5 business days, depending on how far the destination is from our facility.

• Transit time begins once the package leaves our facility
• Actual delivery dates are determined by the carrier, not by Bulk Matches USA

📅 Orders for Events or Time-Sensitive Needs

If you are ordering for a specific event or date, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order so we can help ensure your order arrives on time.

Orders delivered within the carrier’s estimated delivery timeframe are considered on time, even if they arrive after a personal event date.

📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Bulk Matches USA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is delivered to the address entered at checkout, we are unable to replace or resend the order at no cost.
