At Bulk Matches USA, we value thoughtful purchasing and clear communication.
Our products are straightforward and clearly described, safety matches in specific colors, striker paper and more.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped between 1 - 3 business days.
Once an order is shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier (Between 2 - 5 business days since we ship from NC).

If you are ordering for a specific event or date, we recommend:

• Allowing sufficient transit time
• Reaching out to us in advance if timing is important

Orders delivered within the carrier’s estimated delivery window are considered on time, even if they arrive after a personal event date.

❌ Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns for:

• Orders that arrive within the carrier’s estimated delivery timeframe but are no longer needed.
• Change of mind after purchase
• Orders placed without prior communication regarding a required delivery date
• Wholesale or bulk orders

Because our products are not size-based or customizable after shipping, and because preparation, packaging, and shipping costs are incurred once an order leaves our facility, returns are not always feasible.

💳 Refunds & Issues

We do not issue refunds for:

• Carrier delays
• Incorrect shipping address at checkout
• Event-related timing concerns not communicated in advance

That said, if something doesn’t look right, please reach out.
In the rare case of a lost package or an issue during transit, customers are always welcome to contact us. These situations are uncommon, and when they do happen, we’ve consistently worked together with our customers to find a solution.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist promptly.
